| You can get started in practical shooting competition easily with the equipment you now have. You don't need expensive gear or intensive training. These Introductory Pages to Owensboro Rifle & Pistol Club IPSC Pistol will show you the way.
This section introduces the sport of IPSC pistol to newcomers, as well as providing some learning resources for IPSC shooters at intermediate skill levels. It's a work in progress, and will be gradually refined. If you have any suggestions for this area, please email the webmaster.
ORPCI IPSC pistol matches are held every third Saturday of each month from March through November. Registration starts at 9am central time and we shoot at 10am. The entry fee is $15 for the first half and optionally $8 for the afternoon if you want to shoot again in another division. Please arrive early if this is your first match. |
